ESB / PEB template with photo, signature and handwriting
The ESB Template tool places your photograph, signature and handwriting sample on a PEB-style sheet used in Madhya Pradesh exam workflows. Candidates often need that composite image when filling Professional Examination Board or related ESB applications.
Upload three images, add name and date if the sheet needs them, pass the bot check, and download the generated JPEG. The tool formats the sheet. It does not register you for an exam, does not pay a fee and does not talk to the PEB server.
This is one of the tools that processes files for the job and then discards them. Use clear scans. Crop extra paper with Image Crop or Passport Photo before you upload.
How to prepare the three images
Photo: recent, face visible, plain background, similar to a passport photograph. Signature: sign in black or blue on white paper, scan or photograph without shadow, crop to the ink. Handwriting: write the required line on white paper in the same pen, keep the paper flat, crop to the writing.
Blurry phone photos of all three on one table usually fail. Shoot each item separately in daylight.

What this sheet is and is not
It is a convenience layout matching the common PEB / ESB photo-sign-handwriting block. Board instructions change. If the current notice asks for different pixel sizes, different wording, or an in-portal capture, follow the notice, not an old sheet.
Template Maker is not the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board. We do not issue admit cards or result documents.
After you download
Open the JPEG and confirm the face, the signature and the writing sit inside the boxes. If a box is empty, re-upload that image. Resize with Image Resize only if the portal states a KB limit for this sheet.
Tips
Use the same signature you will use on the attendance sheet. A decorative signature on the template and a simple one in the hall causes trouble.
Keep source images until the application is accepted. If PEB asks you to re-upload, you can generate again without hunting through WhatsApp.
