Free resume maker with photo templates and PDF download
Resume Maker is a browser wizard for a one-page or compact photo resume. Indian private jobs, campus drives and many government-style biodata sheets still expect a photograph in the corner. Pick a template, walk through the steps, drag sections into the order you want, and download a PDF.
There is no account wall and no watermark from this tool. You can rebuild the file when you add a new job or a new marksheet. Keep a copy of the PDF and of the details you typed; the maker is not a long-term cloud CV locker.
Use Passport Photo if the headshot is the wrong crop. Use Age Calculator if the biodata asks for age as on a date. Use Compress PDF if an email gate rejects the resume for size.
How to build the resume
Start with personal details exactly as on ID: name spelling, phone, email. Add education from class 10 upwards or from the highest degree down, matching the employer’s form. List experience with role, organisation and dates. Add skills that the job description uses, not a dump of every tool you have seen.
Drag sections if the template allows order changes. Preview the A4 page. If the photo collides with text, pick another template or a tighter crop. Download PDF and open it on another device before you mail it.

Photo resumes versus text CVs
International tech CVs often skip photos. Many Indian HR portals, teaching jobs, hospitality and walk-in drives still want one. If the advertisement says “resume with photograph”, use a template that includes the image. If it says “no photograph”, pick a layout that emphasises text, or export and crop the photo out.
The photo should look like a form photo: plain background, face visible, no heavy filters. A cropped passport photo is better than a group selfie.
What to write in each section
Education: board or university, year, percentage or CGPA as asked. Experience: what you did, not only the job title. Skills: software and languages you can demonstrate. Keep claims honest; a resume is a document you may have to defend in an interview.
Suggestions and editing
Where the maker offers wording suggestions, treat them as drafts. Rewrite so the lines sound like you and match the role. Avoid stuffing every keyword from the advertisement into one sentence.
Print a copy if you are going to a walk-in. For email, PDF is the safe attachment type. Do not send an editable file unless the employer asked for it.
