Merge resume and certificates
Put the resume first, then marksheets and experience letters. Name the download something a recruiter can open without guessing.
Merge a resume with certificates
Recruiters and campus portals often want one PDF: CV plus 10th, 12th, degree and experience letters. This page starts the download name as resume-certificates.pdf so the attachment is obvious in an inbox. Put the resume first unless the vacancy notice says otherwise.
If you still need to write the CV, use Resume Maker, download that PDF, then merge it here with the scans. Do not merge files you are not allowed to share.
Suggested order for a CV pack
A common sequence is resume, then educational certificates in chronological or board order, then experience and extra certificates. Drag the first-page previews to match the checklist in the email or portal. If one marksheet is a camera JPG, convert it with Image to PDF first.
- Resume as the first file
- Certificates as separate PDFs you can reorder
- Default filename resume-certificates.pdf
- Compress afterwards if the pack exceeds an email cap
Quality of certificate scans
Merging does not sharpen a blurry photo of a marksheet. Rescan that page, convert with Image to PDF, then replace the bad file in the stack. Keep the originals until you get an acknowledgement.

Frequently asked questions
Can I merge a resume and certificates into one PDF?
Yes. Upload the resume and each certificate PDF, drag the resume to the front and download.
Do I need a resume first?
This page only joins PDFs. Build a CV with Resume Maker if you do not have one yet.
What if a certificate is a JPG?
Convert it with Image to PDF, then add that PDF to the stack.
Why is the merged resume pack so large?
Camera scans are heavy. Use Compress PDF after the merge if the mailbox or portal has a limit.
