Convert PDF pages to images
PDF to Image turns selected pages into pictures at 200 DPI. Use it when a form wants a JPG of a certificate, when you need a WhatsApp-friendly page, or when you want to crop a stamp from one leaf without sending the whole file.
You preview pages, tick what to export, and download. The page cap is 20, which covers most admit cards, affidavits and short notices. Longer books are outside this tool’s job.
This path processes the file for rasterising and then discards it. Complete the bot check when asked. Do not upload files you are not allowed to copy.
How to save a PDF as JPG

200 DPI and why it is enough for forms
200 DPI is a practical default for on-screen upload and home printing of a single page. It is sharper than a screenshot of a PDF reader and smaller than a 600 DPI archival scan. If text looks soft, the source PDF was already a low-quality scan; converting cannot invent ink.
Vector PDFs (true text) rasterise cleanly. Image-only scans rasterise as pictures of pictures. Start from the best source you have.
PDF to image versus screenshot
A phone screenshot of a PDF is usually the wrong aspect ratio, includes the reader chrome, and compresses twice. Exporting the page at 200 DPI gives a clean rectangle you can crop and resize with the photo tools.
Privacy and limits
The file is processed to create images and is not kept as a user document. Prefer this for short personal paperwork, not for bulk publishing of other people’s files.
If you only needed fewer pages, split first so you stay under 20 and so unused pages never leave your machine as images.
WhatsApp and many email apps compress images again. Send the exported file as a document rather than as a chat image if the officer must read small print. For a stamp or signature on one corner, export the page, then crop with Image Crop so the portal is not given a full A4 photograph.
