Rotate PDF pages in the browser
Phone scans often save a page on its side or upside down. Rotate PDF turns every page, or only odd or even pages, by 90, 180 or 270 degrees clockwise. The file never needs a desktop app.
Rotation is a display flag on each page. It does not re-encode photos, so a 20 MB scan stays about 20 MB. If a portal still shows the old orientation, the reader is ignoring rotate flags — flatten with Image to PDF after PDF to Image only as a last resort.
Encrypted files may fail. Use Unlock PDF first if you know the password.
90 versus 180 versus 270
Use 90° when the page opens on its side. Use 180° when the header is at the bottom. Use 270° if 90° went the wrong way. Dedicated pages lock 90° and 180° so you can bookmark them.
