Rearrange PDF pages with previews
Arrange PDF reorders the pages of an existing file. Use it when a scanner fed pages back to front, when a duplex scan interleaved fronts and backs, or when a downloaded notice has the annexure before the letter.
You see page previews, drag them into sequence, and download. The content of each page stays the same; only the order changes.
If you also need to drop pages, Split / Delete Pages is the better tool. If you are joining several files, Merge PDF is the better tool. Arrange is strictly for sequence inside one PDF.
How to change PDF page order
Upload the file, wait for the grid, drag thumbnails, then download. Open the result and flip through once. A single swapped page in a legal or exam bundle causes more trouble than a minute of checking.

Scanner and duplex problems
Flatbed scans of a booklet often come out 1, 3, 5 then 6, 4, 2. Drag them into reading order here. Phone scans that were taken last-page-first can be reversed the same way.
Rotation is not the same as order. A sideways page should be rotated in a PDF reader or rescan. Arranging will not stand the letters up.
After you rearrange
Compress if you must upload. Merge if this file is one chapter of a larger pack. Image to PDF if you decide to replace a bad page with a new photo, then merge that one-page PDF into the arranged file.
Tips
On a phone, drag slowly so you drop the thumbnail on the intended slot. For long documents, work in sections and check page numbers in the preview labels.
Keep the unordered original until you confirm the new file. Rearranging is easy to mix up on a 40-page scan.
Page numbers printed on the paper may not match the file order after a bad scan. Trust the thumbnail of the content, not the number in the footer, until the sequence reads correctly from page one. If you only needed to extract a middle chapter, split instead of arranging the whole book.
