How to make a passport size photo online

Start with a recent colour photo. Sit facing the camera, keep the camera at eye level and leave space above the head. White background and tips that pass form checks

Retake the picture if the face is blurry, if a shadow cuts across the cheek or the white background, or if the crop cuts the chin or hair. Do not stretch a small selfie to fill the 35x45 frame; that pixelation is a common reason portals reject uploads. Glasses are not accepted on Indian passport photos in most current notices.
