This bulk template maker puts spreadsheet rows onto a blank invitation, certificate or similar image. Upload the artwork once, place fields such as Name, Date, Time, Place and RSVP, then generate a file for every row. Work stays in the browser. You do not need an account.
Use it for birthday invites, wedding cards, school certificates, event passes and similar one-name-per-page jobs. Preview any row before you download so a long name is not sitting outside the design.
How bulk generation works
Start with a JPG, PNG or WEBP template. Crop, rotate or resize if needed, then adjust brightness, contrast and similar filters. Upload CSV, XLS or XLSX. The tool reads the header row and maps common labels such as Name, Mobile, Address, Date, Time, Place and RSVP.
Click Add variable, choose a column, then click the image. Each field has its own font, colour, alignment, prefix and suffix. Auto-fit shrinks text that would overflow the box. Switch the preview row to see live names.

ZIP images or one combined PDF
If the sheet has hundreds of guests, choose a ZIP of images named from the Name column, a single PDF with one page per person, or both. Keep the tab open while a large job runs. Files are built on your device and are not stored as a gallery.
Tips for a clean merge
Leave enough width for the longest name in the sheet. Turn on auto-fit and a line limit so “Rahul Kumar Sharma Choudhary” stays inside the invitation. Use a script font such as Great Vibes for names and a serif such as Playfair Display for dates.
Crop extra border before you place fields. If you only need a tighter photo and no mail merge, use Image Crop instead.

Parsing and rendering run in the browser. We do not keep a library of your templates or guest lists.
Can I add a photo per row?
This version merges text columns only. Place Name, Date, Place and similar fields on a still background image.
