School classes and housing societies often print the same cartoon card with a different child name on each copy. Upload that template, add a sheet with Name, Age, Date, Time and Place, then place those fields on the cake area or the banner.
Parents also use this for adult birthday dinners when the host wants “Dear Priya” on every WhatsApp JPG. Preview a long name so it does not cover the photo of the child.
What to put in the spreadsheet
One row per invite. If the same card goes to a whole family, one cell can hold “Aarav and family”. If each kid in a class gets a card, export names from the class register as CSV.
Auto-fit shrinks a long first-and-last name. A line limit of 1 or 2 keeps the name on the ribbon of a typical kids card.

Print versus WhatsApp
Print shops prefer a PDF at the card’s pixel size. For status and chat, export JPG. Convert HEIC phone photos of the blank card with Image Converter first if needed.

Can I change only the name and keep the birthday date fixed?
Yes. Place the Date field as static text on the template, and only merge the Name column from Excel.
Will cartoon backgrounds stay sharp?
The tool does not redraw clip-art. It prints your uploaded image and overlays text. Start from a high-resolution blank card.
Is there a watermark?
No. Downloads are the composed cards.
