Reception invitation bulk name generator
Reception artwork is often a different colourway and a different guest list from the ceremony card. Use this page with the reception JPG and the reception-only Excel file so you do not mix lists.
Place Name, and optionally Side or “with family”. Table numbers belong here if the dinner is seated.

Two PDFs are easier for two counters at the gate: filter the sheet in Excel, generate twice on the same template, or include a small Side field on the card.

Hotel printers
Many venues print at a fixed millimetre size. Crop the template to that ratio first (Image Crop or the crop panel here) so names are not generated on unused poster margin.

Can I reuse the wedding Excel file?
Only if every wedding guest is also invited to the reception. Otherwise keep two sheets.
Can I add “and family” as a suffix?
Yes. Each field has prefix and suffix. Put “ and family” on the Name field if every card needs it.
