Wedding invitation bulk name generator

A wedding card is usually designed once and then needs a unique guest line — “Mr & Mrs Sharma”, a child’s name, or a village address. This page opens the bulk template maker with wedding copy in mind. Upload the blank artwork, drop a guest spreadsheet, place Name (and Date, Venue, Side if you have those columns), then generate one file per row.

Printers in India often ask for a ZIP of JPGs or a single PDF. Both are available. Work runs in the browser. Guest lists are not stored as a gallery.

Guest list columns that map well

Use a header row. Name, Full Name, Guest, Date, Time, Place, Venue, Address, Mobile and RSVP are recognised automatically. You can still place any other column as a variable. Keep one row per card — a family of five who share one envelope can sit in one cell (“Sharma family”) or five rows if you want five cards.

Long North Indian names overflow script fonts. Turn on auto-fit and leave width for the longest surname in the sheet before you send the file to print.

  • CSV, XLS and XLSX, up to 500 guests per run
  • Live preview of any row on the wedding card
  • Script fonts such as Great Vibes for names
  • ZIP of JPG/PNG or one combined PDF

Wedding card versus reception and sangeet

If the reception has a different design, use the reception landing with that artwork. Sangeet and mehndi lists are usually shorter — generate those as a second job so fonts and colours stay separate.

Crop extra scanner margin first so names sit on the printed panel, not on the table edge in the photo.
