House parties, cocktail evenings and society functions still look better when the card says the guest’s name instead of a generic “You are invited”. Upload the blank party graphic, paste names from a phone list into Excel, and place the Name field on the banner.
Keep Date, Time and Address as static text if they do not change. Only merge what differs per guest.

Export or type names into a column called Name. Extra columns such as Wing, Flat or RSVP can sit on the card if the design has space. Preview a few rows so a double-barrelled surname does not cover the DJ photo.

Community and society functions

Can I skip names and only print the same party card?
You can leave the Name field off and generate one row. For a single file, a graphic editor is simpler. This page is for many named copies.
Do animated party videos work?
No. Upload a still JPG, PNG or WEBP of the card.
Is Excel required?
CSV is enough. Google Sheets → Download → CSV works.
