Conference invitation bulk name generator
Organisers send the same letterhead with a different delegate name, organisation and sometimes a parallel-session title. This landing uses the bulk template maker for that job. Upload the invite graphic, map columns, preview a few VIPs, then export one PDF for emailing or a ZIP for the registration desk.
It is not an email blast tool. It builds image or PDF pages. You attach or print those files yourself.
Typical conference columns
Name, Designation, Organisation, Session, Date, Hall and Table are common. Place only what the design has room for. A dense academic letterhead needs a modest font size and auto-fit so “Associate Professor” does not collide with the logo.
- CSV or Excel delegate export, 500 rows per run
- Independent style per field (name larger than organisation)
- One PDF of all pages for the print vendor
Badges versus invitations
This tool merges text onto a still background. It does not layout PVC badges or QR codes. For plastic ID layout after the event, use ID / PVC Layout. For the invite itself, keep a clean JPG of the approved design.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use this for webinar e-invites?
Yes, if you have a PNG or JPG of the e-invite. Merge Name and export JPG to attach in mail.
Does it send email to delegates?
No. It only generates the named files. Use your own mailer.
What if the list is more than 500?
Split the Excel file. Run twice and combine the PDFs with Merge PDF if needed.
