Brand templates from the agency should not be rebuilt in Word. Overlay Name, Company and Table on the approved JPG. Preview a few CXO names at the actual font size, then export PDF for the venue or digital JPGs for the CRM team to attach.
This is not Outlook mail merge. It produces print-ready pages.
Brand colours and fonts
Match the hex colour in the text panel to the brand guide. Load a similar web font (Playfair, Montserrat, etc.) from the editor list. Exact corporate OTFs cannot be uploaded in this version — pick the closest face or keep names in a simple sans.
