Merge JPG and PDF
This merger accepts PDFs only. Convert photos with Image to PDF first, download that file, then add it here with the other PDFs.
Merge a JPG with an existing PDF
This merger accepts PDF files only. To combine a photograph or scan with an existing PDF, convert the image on Image to PDF, download that one-page (or multi-page) PDF, then add it here with the original document. Drag so the photo sits before or after the main file as the checklist requires.
The same path works for PNG. If the phone saved HEIC, convert to JPG first, then Image to PDF, then merge.
Why it is two steps
Image to PDF turns pictures into pages. Merge PDF concatenates PDF files. Splitting the jobs keeps previews honest: you see the first page of the photo PDF and the first page of the original document before you commit.
- Convert JPG or PNG with Image to PDF
- Upload both PDFs on this page
- Drag to set whether the photo leads or follows
- Default filename photos-and-pdf.pdf
After you merge
If the combined file is large, Compress PDF. If you added the wrong photo page, remove it with Split / Delete Pages or rebuild the stack. Merging does not crop or straighten the JPG; crop before you convert if the scan includes a table edge.

Frequently asked questions
Can I drop a JPG straight onto this merger?
No. Convert the JPG with Image to PDF first, then merge the two PDFs here.
Can I merge several photos with one PDF?
Yes. Combine the photos into one PDF on Image to PDF, or convert each photo and add every PDF to this board.
Does merging a photo change PDF quality?
Existing PDF pages stay as they were. The photo page is whatever Image to PDF produced.
Is this the same as Image to PDF?
No. Image to PDF starts from pictures. This page joins PDFs after the photo has become a PDF.
