Railway CENs usually want JPEG only. This pack starts at 200×230 px / 20–50 KB for the photo and 140×60 px / 10–20 KB for the signature. Copy any other box printed in that CEN.

How to shoot the two files

Photo: recent, face visible, plain background, similar to a passport photograph. Signature: black or blue ink on unlined white paper, photographed from above without shadow.

  • Two separate JPG uploads, not one PDF, unless the form says otherwise
  • Check both KB bands after download
  • Keep the originals until the application is accepted
