VTU CGPA to percentage
A widely used VTU conversion is percentage = (CGPA − 0.75) × 10. Example: (8.2 − 0.75) × 10 = 74.5%. This page starts on that formula.
Schemes and circulars change. If your grade card or the controller of examinations names a different conversion, use that, not a website default.
What this calculator does not do
It does not issue a marksheet, does not talk to CBSE or a university server, and does not decide cutoffs. If two formulas disagree, the notice or the controller’s letter wins.
