Layout a college ID you already have

College ID card print is for a spare PVC-style sheet of a campus card you already own: library access, hostel, or student identity. It does not enrol you, does not print a blank college template with a new name, and does not replace the ID cell.

This page only lays out a scan of a card you already own. It is not a government service. Prints are unofficial copies and cannot be used as original ID. Fabricating or altering cards is illegal.

If the original is lost, request a duplicate from the college. Security desks usually reject a home print as proof of enrolment.

Crop size

Most campus cards are CR80. Keep Generic CR80 unless you know another millimetre size. Pair front and back, then choose A4 eight-up or front/back sets for the PVC vendor.

Photos on the card

This tool does not replace the portrait. If you need a fresh passport photograph for a new official ID, use Passport Photo, then go through the college process. Do not paste someone else’s face onto a card layout.

What size is a college ID?

Usually CR80 (about 85.6 × 54 mm). Generic CR80 is the starting crop. Measure your card if it looks different.

Will hostel security accept the print?

Treat it as unofficial. Carry the issued card unless the college says otherwise.
