School ID card print layout
Layout a school identity card scan you already own. This does not issue a new school ID. Ask the school for an official replacement if the original is lost.

Layout a school ID already issued
School ID card print helps a parent or student crop a scan of an existing school identity card onto A4 for a PVC shop. It does not admit a child to a school, does not generate a blank school template, and does not replace the office duplicate process.
This page only lays out a scan of a card you already own. It is not a government service. Prints are unofficial copies and cannot be used as original ID. Fabricating or altering cards is illegal.
Bus contractors and school gates typically want the issued card. Use this only as a layout of a card you already possess.
Scanning a child’s card
Keep the original. Photograph in even light so the name stays readable. Crop glare. If the card is worn, ask the school for a reprint rather than sharpening unreadable text.
- Generic CR80 unless the school card is another size
- Unofficial copy of a card already issued
- Official replacements from the school
- Do not fabricate a card for a child who was never issued one
Passport photos
A new official school ID usually needs a fresh photograph. Use Passport Photo for the portrait, then follow the school form. This layout page only places the existing card scan on a sheet.
