A4 layout for PVC-style reprints of your own card

PVC card print is the generic CR80 sheet: eight-up or front/back sets for a shop that needs millimetre-correct slots. Use it when you already have a plastic card and need a layout file. It does not generate PAN, Aadhaar, voter or other government artwork.

This page only lays out a scan of a card you already own. It is not a government service. Prints are unofficial copies and cannot be used as original ID. Fabricating or altering cards is illegal.

For a named card type, open PAN, Aadhaar, voter ID, college, school, driving licence or employee pages so the crop hint matches. The printer still gets a picture of your scan, not a smart card.

Shop print settings

Print actual size, not fit-to-page. Use the stock the vendor specified. Cut marks help if the shop trims by hand. Mirror backs only when the layout is front/back pairs.

Government cards
