Layout an office badge you already own
Employee ID card print is for a spare PVC sheet of a staff or contractor badge you already have. It does not create employment, does not print a blank company template, and does not encode RFID or magstripe.
This page only lays out a scan of a card you already own. It is not a government service. Prints are unofficial copies and cannot be used as original ID. Fabricating or altering cards is illegal.
Access control needs the issued badge. If you lost the original, ask HR or security for a replacement. Do not print a card for a workplace that never issued you one.
Front, back and lanyard photos
Crop the plastic, not the lanyard. Pair front and back. If the portrait is for a new official badge, the employer’s process plus Passport Photo is the right path — not a homemade layout with a swapped face.
- Generic CR80 for typical staff cards
- No chip or magstripe in the print
- Unofficial copy of a card already issued
- Official duplicates from the employer
Contractors and visitors
Visitor stickers and day passes are not this tool’s job. Only layout a durable card you were already given.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make an ID for a company I do not work at?
No. That is fraud. Only layout a badge already issued to you.
Will the RFID still work?
No. A print is a picture. The chip stays in the original card.
Can I print several staff cards on one A4?
You can repeat one card you own. Do not batch other people’s badges without authorisation.
Is a login required?
No.
