IBPS signature size

This prepares a signature image for a form. It does not submit an application. Pixel and KB limits follow the official notice, not this page.

IBPS and many bank forms use a 140×60 px JPG signature, often 10–20 KB. SBI notices can differ — match the portal text before you upload.

Sign in one motion on white. Use a finger or a mouse.
Output

JPG at 140 × 60 px, 1020 KB, white background. Draw, type or upload, then generate.

IBPS and bank signature JPG

IBPS PO, Clerk and many SBI forms use the same short signature box as SSC: about 140×60 pixels and a tight KB cap. This page prefills that box so you are not guessing on the generic maker.

Bank portals often reject WEBP and PNG. Keep JPG. If SBI lists a different range for that recruitment, edit min and max KB before you download.

How to photograph the ink

Use unlined white paper and a black or blue pen. Shoot from above in daylight without a shadow from your hand. Crop so only the signature remains, then generate.

  • 140 × 60 pixels
  • 10–20 KB JPG
  • White background
  • Same signature you will use in the hall

If the portal still rejects the file

Check file type (JPG), both pixel dimensions, and both KB limits. A 20 KB file at the wrong height still fails. If the notice changed, type the new numbers on this page and generate again.
