JEE signature size

This prepares a signature image for a form. It does not submit an application. Pixel and KB limits follow the official notice, not this page.

JEE Main / Advanced signature prep starts at 140×60 px JPG, often 4–30 KB. Keep a running signature, not block letters of your name.

Sign in one motion on white. Use a finger or a mouse.
Output

JPG at 140 × 60 px, 430 KB, white background. Draw, type or upload, then generate.

JEE Main and Advanced signature size

JEE forms usually allow a small signature file, often in a 4–30 KB band. This page starts at 140×60 px. If NTA prints centimetres instead of pixels, keep the wide box and let the tool fit the ink.

Do not upload a name in block capitals. Use a running signature that you can repeat on the attendance sheet.

How to photograph the ink

Use unlined white paper and a black or blue pen. Shoot from above in daylight without a shadow from your hand. Crop so only the signature remains, then generate.

  • 140 × 60 pixels
  • 4–30 KB JPG
  • White background
  • Same signature you will use in the hall

If the portal still rejects the file

Check file type (JPG), both pixel dimensions, and both KB limits. A 20 KB file at the wrong height still fails. If the notice changed, type the new numbers on this page and generate again.
