Resize signature to 20 KB

This prepares a signature image for a form. It does not submit an application. Pixel and KB limits follow the official notice, not this page.

Target is 10–20 KB JPG at 140×60 px — the most common exam signature cap. Crop to the ink, not the whole desk.

Sign in one motion on white. Use a finger or a mouse.
Output

JPG at 140 × 60 px, 1020 KB, white background. Draw, type or upload, then generate.

Resize a signature to 20 KB

A 20 KB cap is the one candidates hit most often. This page locks 140×60 px and a 10–20 KB band so you do not leave the minimum too low. Crop to the ink first — a photo of an entire A4 sheet will not survive 20 KB.

If the portal only says “max 20 KB” with no floor, you can still use this page. If it says max 10 KB, open the 10 KB page instead.

How to photograph the ink

Use unlined white paper and a black or blue pen. Shoot from above in daylight without a shadow from your hand. Crop so only the signature remains, then generate.

  • 140 × 60 pixels
  • 10–20 KB JPG
  • White background
  • Same signature you will use in the hall

If the portal still rejects the file

Check file type (JPG), both pixel dimensions, and both KB limits. A 20 KB file at the wrong height still fails. If the notice changed, type the new numbers on this page and generate again.
