Railway signature size

This prepares a signature image for a form. It does not submit an application. Pixel and KB limits follow the official notice, not this page.

RRB / railway signature prep starts at 140×60 px JPG, 10–20 KB. Some notices use a different box. Export JPEG — railway portals often reject WEBP.

Sign in one motion on white. Use a finger or a mouse.
Output

JPG at 140 × 60 px, 1020 KB, white background. Draw, type or upload, then generate.

Railway and RRB signature size

RRB NTPC, Group D, ALP and similar CENs still ask for a small JPEG signature with the photograph. This page starts at 140×60 px and 10–20 KB. Some notices use another rectangle — copy those numbers if they appear.

Export JPEG only. Railway forms are strict about file type. A dark, continuous stroke compresses more cleanly than a faint ballpoint line.

How to photograph the ink

Use unlined white paper and a black or blue pen. Shoot from above in daylight without a shadow from your hand. Crop so only the signature remains, then generate.

  • 140 × 60 pixels
  • 10–20 KB JPG
  • White background
  • Same signature you will use in the hall

If the portal still rejects the file

Check file type (JPG), both pixel dimensions, and both KB limits. A 20 KB file at the wrong height still fails. If the notice changed, type the new numbers on this page and generate again.
