Resize a photograph for MPESB / ESB forms

Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB, earlier PEB / Vyapam) applications still ask for a small digital photograph, a signature, and often a handwriting strip. Kiosks and home applicants search “MPESB photo resize” because the camera file is far larger than the upload box. This page opens the same Image Resize tool with JPG and 50 KB filled in as a starting point.

The notice for that recruitment is the authority. Some cycles want 20 KB, some 50 KB, some a pixel box such as a 3.5 × 4.5 cm style crop. Change the KB field if this year’s PDF says something other than 50. Template Maker does not submit MPESB applications and does not attest photographs.

Photo, signature and the ESB sheet

The live photo for the portal is not the same job as the printed ESB template. Compress the face here for the upload. For the physical sheet with photo, signature and handwriting in one layout, use ESB Template after the images are cropped.

Signatures are usually a lower KB than the photo. If the notice says signature 10–20 KB, finish the sign on the 20 KB page. Do not stretch a dark thumb impression to fill the photo slot.

MPOnline kiosks and MPESB
